The flower I requested was not what I got and I was expected to pay to ship it back to her for it to be replaced. I requested on several occasions that just a flower be sent to me and that I could put it together. Was told that was not an option unless I paid for another flower. In the end was offered a refund but by that time I had already taken it apart and was making my own flower.
